2022 Holiday Return Policy:

Items purchased from November 15th - December 24th 2022 may be exchanged or returned for store credit through January 14th 2023 with receipt, gift receipt or proof of purchase email. All tags must be attached and items in new, unworn condition.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). DOORBUSTER items, Jewelry, footwear, hats, hair accessories and intimates are always final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale rack items or gift cards.
